We reached our NAMIWalks 2015 goal!
We can officially say, "You did it! Thank you!"
For the first time ever, you raised over a half million dollars for NAMI-NYC Metro! With your community outreach to family, friends, and co-workers to ask for donations, and your willingness to stand up and be counted in support of mental health advocacy, you have funded half a year of NAMI-NYC services.
Your generosity--of your own money, of your contacts, of your time, of your energy, and of your sneakers on the ground--will help thousands of New Yorkers this coming year.
This is what your support pays for--access to mental health services for all.
$5,000 -- Provides two Peer-to-Peer courses
$1,000 -- Cost to train five In Our Own Voice presenters
$500 -- Cost to train one signature course facilitator
$250 -- One month's worth of dinner for our weekend services
$100 -- Course materials for one Family-to-Family participant
$50 -- Course materials for one Peer-to-Peer participant
$30 -- Stipend for one In Our Own Voice presenter
With your help, we will continue to provide services for New Yorkers who need our services most.
