NAMI-NYC Metro Story Bank
Are you in recovery from serious mental illness?
Have you had trouble finding the right medication for your child?
Perhaps you've hospitalized a sibling and want to share what you learned about the experience?
We want to hear your stories.
The NAMI-NYC Metro Story Bank is a collection of mental health-related stories from people who wish to share their experiences with others. We want to use these stories to help put a face on today's mental health issues. By sharing your story, you can increase awareness of key issues, and encourage others to participate. Your story is never shared without your permission; we contact you any time we have an opportunity to use your story to get your permission first.
