JUSTICE The Mental Health Project of the Urban Justice Center is working to
improve the relationship between the New York City mental health community and
the New York Police Department. One way it is doing this is by collecting incident
reports from individuals who have experienced or witnessed favorable or unfavorable
interactions between NYPD officers and members of the mental health community.
