Family-to-Family course (9/20-11/15)

Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session class for family, significant others and friends of people living with severe mental illness. It is a designated evidenced-based program. The course is taught by trained family members. Research shows that graduates gain a greater understanding of mental illness, are able to cope better, worry less, and feel newly empowered to advocate for better treatment and services for their relative.

  • Advance registration is required
  • Registration closes two weeks after the course begins (but get in touch so we can add you to the waitlist for the next class)

Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-week class for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery. Taught by a team of trained “mentors” who are living healthy and productive lives with mental illness. Participants learn the tools needed to take control of their own wellness and recovery.

Young Adults

Recovery support group for people aged 18 to 30 with mental illness, regardless of diagnosis, led by peers. Develop coping skills, share common experiences, gain self-advocacy skills, and make friends. Every Wednesday, 6pm to 7:30pm. (Please arrive on time. Attendees who arrive after 6:15 will not be allowed to participate.)
