NAMI Family-to-Family – an 8-week class for families, partners and friends of adults with mental illness. The class facilitates a better understanding of mental illness, increases coping skills, and empowers participants to become advocates for their family members. The class is also available in Spanish, De Familia a Familia de NAMI.
NAMI Basics – a 6-week class for parents and other family of children and teens who are showing signs of emotional and/or behavioral difficulties, or who have a mental health diagnosis. This class is also available in Spanish, Bases y Fundamentos de NAMI.
NAMI Homefront – a 6-week class for families, partners, and friends of military service members and veterans experiencing a mental health challenge. The class helps these families understand those specific challenges, and improves the ability of participants to support their service member or veteran.
NAMI Family & Friends – a seminar for families, partners, and friends of adults experiencing a mental health challenge. The presentation helps people better understand mental illness, increases coping skills, and empowers participants to become advocates for their family members.
NAMI Peer-to-Peer – open to anyone experiencing a mental health challenge. This 8-week class encourages growth, healing, and recovery among participants. This class is also available in Spanish, NAMI Persona a Persona. We also have a course for – and taught by – people who identify as LGBTQ+.
Hope for Recovery – open to both family of adults living with mental illness and adults living with mental illness. This two-day class helps family members understand and support each other.
