NAMI Family-to-Family – a 12-week class for families, partners, and friends of adults with mental illness. This class will give you a better understanding of mental illness, increase your coping skills, and empower you to become an advocate for your loved one. The class is also available in Spanish, De Familia a Familia de NAMI.

NAMI Basics – a 6-week class for parents and other family of children and teens who are showing signs of emotional and/or behavioral difficulties, or who have a mental health diagnosis. This class is also available in Spanish, Bases y Fundamentos de NAMI.

NAMI Homefront – a 6-week class for families, partners, and friends of military service members and veterans experiencing a mental health challenge. The class will help you understand those specific challenges, and improve your ability to support your service member or veteran.

Hope for Recovery – a one-day class that helps family members understand and support each other. This is our only program that is open to both family of adults living with mental illness and adults living with mental illness. (However, confidentiality requires that individuals from the same family are not in the same class.)

NAMI Family & Friends – a 90-minute seminar for families, partners, and friends of adults experiencing a mental health challenge. This class will give you a better understanding of mental illness, increase your coping skills, and empower you to become an advocate for your loved one. We recommend NAMI Family-to-Family or NAMI Basics for everyone, but this is a great place to start to get some tools you can use today.
