Our classes help families and individuals impacted by mental illness build better lives.  All of our programs are led by trained volunteers who have “been there,” where you are.  And they’re all free of charge.

NAMI Family & Friends, our 90-minute workshop for people who have a loved one with a mental health condition.

Family-to-Family, our 8-week class for families, partners, and friends of adults with mental illness.

April 14June 2
Tuesdays 6 to 8:30pm
At Manhattan VA

NAMI Basics, our 6-week class for parents and other family caregivers, of children and teens who are showing signs of emotional and/or behavioral difficulties, or who have a mental health diagnosis.

April 4, 11, and 18 (offered as a 3-week class)
Saturdays 10am to 4pm

Hope For Recovery, our 1-day class for families, partners, friends, AND individuals with mental illness.

Saturday April 25 – At NAMI-NYC

Peer-to-Peer, our 8-week class for anyone experiencing a mental health challenge.

Homefront, our 6-week class for families, partners and friends of military service members and veterans experiencing a mental health challenge.
