Our classes help people impacted by mental illness build better lives.  All of our programs are led by trained volunteers who have “been there,” where you are.  You’re not alone in this.

Family-to-Family, our 12-week class for families, partners, and friends of adults with mental illness.

January 7 – April 8, 2019
Mondays 6pm to 8:30pm
At the Manhattan VA

February 5 – April 23, 2019
Tuesdays 6:30 to 9pm
At NY Presbyterian-Weill Cornell

Hope For Recovery, our 1-day class for families, partners, friends, AND individuals with mental illness.

Saturday January 26 – NAMI-NYC
Saturday February 23 – Queens

NAMI Basics, our 6-week class for parents and family caregivers of children and teens who are experiencing symptoms or have already been diagnosed. 

January 16 – February 20, 2019
Wednesdays 12pm to 2:30pm
