Our classes help families and individuals impacted by mental illness build better lives.  All of our programs are led by trained volunteers who have “been there,” where you are.  And they’re all free of charge.

NAMI Basics, our 6-week class for parents and other family caregivers, of children and teens who are showing signs of emotional and/or behavioral difficulties, or who have a mental health diagnosis.

Family-to-Family, our 12-week class for families, partners, and friends of adults with mental illness.

September 4 – November 20
Wednesdays 1 to 3:30pm
At Isabella Geriatric Center (Audubon Ave. near W. 191st St.)

October 10 – December 19
Tuesdays 6 to 8:30pm
At NY-Presbyterian Cornell Weill (E. 86th St. and York Ave.)

Hope For Recovery, our 1-day class for families, partners, friends, AND individuals with mental illness.

Homefront, our 6-week class for families, partners and friends of military service members and veterans experiencing a mental health challenge.
