Photography Class

The Josephine Herrick Project is offering a free online 10-week photography course for NAMI-NYC. The course will focus on creativity within the confines of social distancing and the global pandemic. The class will meet online once a week through video conferencing to discuss photography with a JHP instructor: Olivia Hunter, MFA Photography,Video, Related Media SVA.

Each class will focus on speaking about the photographs the students have taken, the history of photography, and what photography looks like during times of crisis. No knowledge or experience in photography is necessary. The class will use phones, tablets, and laptops as image making devices. You must be able to connect via video to participate.

The course will start the week of August 3 and continue through to the week of October 5.

This course is free, but you must submit an Enrollment Form first.
